“I enjoy working at Chandlers Chatters and have been here for 18 years. I am an NVQ level 3 practitioner. I also have P4C (Philosophy for Children). I am also the Designated Safeguarding Lead a role which I took on in 2017. I am very passionate about this position as it enables me to care for the wellbeing and safeguarding of all the children within the setting. This role also means that on occasion I have to liaise with outside agencies when I need help and advise. Working with children is very rewarding as you can watch them develop and grow before they make the transition into mainstream school.”
