“I have worked at Chandlers Chatters for 20 years and can honestly say I love it. I am NVQ Level 3 qualified and a paediatric first aider. It is very rewarding to see how a child grows during their time with us learning new skills making friends and growing in confidence. I am also the room leader supporting staff with activities following the EYFS curriculum, checking room ratios are always met as well as keeping up to date with ‘little red books’ so Parents can keep track weekly with their child’s progress. The job is challenging and there is never a dull moment but I am proud to be part of a great team.”
