These regulations may be referred to as the National Legal Services Authority (Free and Competent Legal Services) Regulations 2010. They are addressed to the Legal Services Committee of the Supreme Court, the State Legal Services Authorities, the Legal Services Committees of the High Court, the District Legal Services Authorities and the Taluk Legal Services Committees in India. They enter into force on the day of their publication in the Official Journal.
