The HLS organizes seminars on health law topics, presents panel discussions on effective employment strategies, offers networking opportunities with local practitioners, and co-sponsors the annual Health Law Speakers Event with the Hall Center for Law and Health. Grant Glaze, Treasurer: Grant graduated from IUPUI with a degree in Health Management. In addition to his role as Treasurer of the Health Law Society, he is also the Student Bar Association`s representative for academic affairs. Madie Hybels, Public Relations: Madie is a 3L from Kalamazoo, Michigan, and she studied interdisciplinary health care at Western Michigan University.

This summer, she worked at Springbuk for their in-house counsel, and she will continue her work with Springbuk this school year. In her spare time, Madie enjoys running, pickleball and trying new coffees. Chelsey Lang, Volunteer Relations: Chelsey Lang is a 2L from Union Pier, Michigan. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Geology and Environmental Science and a minor in German. Chelsey also holds an M.A.T. in Secondary Education from Marian University. This summer, Chelsey worked with Hillenbrand, Inc. as an IU McKinney Climate Fellow. She is also thrilled to be working with 1Ls this academic year as Dean`s Tutorial Society LCA Scholar.
